G. Torrey Rossetter

Torrey has focused on the food industry for more than 25 years at major financial institutions including Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Rabobank and RBC Capital Markets. He has led hundreds of transactions and investments encompassing each major sector of the food industry - from food input companies to food manufacturers, distributors, retailers and foodservice companies.

Torrey has executed a broad array of transactions for food companies including mergers, acquisitions, corporate sales, private equity buyouts, divestitures, debt and equity financings, restructurings, recapitalizations and strategic alliances. He has spent much of his career valuing food companies and analyzing strategic alternatives for food businesses. He has worked closely with management teams of both family owned and public food companies in formulating and implementing creative strategic and corporate finance solutions to enhance value. Torrey has in-depth industry knowledge having worked in more than 65 different segments of the food industry. He is a graduate from Williams College and Harvard Business School.
